Papa Johns Pizza, 27990 S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs: Closed temporarily Aug. 23 for six violations, including a high-priority one for rodent activity. Health inspectors reported 30 rodent droppings found in office under desk, cardboard storage box; four droppings behind water heater; and 11 under storage room shelving. Follow-up visit the same day found five violations but business hat met inspection standards.
